Approximately 800 square foot downstairs view deck off the kitchen and dining room. Large upstairs deck as

well. Flat lawn with picturesque Gazebo, surrounded by scenic foliage.

CATERING (not included in site fee)Enzo’s Italian Restaurant is our preferred caterer. They

are familiar with the property and offer a variety of menu options.

Mashed Potato Martini Bar with toppings that include: cheddar cheese, green onion, bacon bits,

sour cream, bleu cheese crumbles and gravy.Chicken Piccatta with white wine, lemon and

capers served with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes, choice of salad, brioche roll.

RATESSITE FEE $1,750 minimum for up to 50 people. $15 for each additional person from 51 to 100 people. 100 person maximum. It is not necessary to use our catering or party rentals to rent the property. RENTALSWe offer at reasonable prices the entire assortment of party rentals, such as tables, chairs, linens dining ware and just about everything else. Please inquire for a customized quote. ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION Any taxes are already included in quoted rate.
