You will have exclusive use of the Manor House, a historic Grade II listed country house set in picturesque gardens, close to the charming Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton and the beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk coast. A perfect venue for a truly romantic wedding.

Heacham Manor is unique in the North West Norfolk area, in that it can easily cater for 100+ guests for the ceremony, reception and bedroom accommodation. It also boasts a boutique Spa, 18-hole golf course and an AA Rosette Restaurant.

Heacham Manor’s 45 bedrooms range from the 13 luxurious Manor House Rooms, including the newly refurbished* Manor Suite (the “Bridal Suite”), to the 32 adjacent Norfolk-style Cottage Rooms and Suites that cater magnificently for couples and families.

The CelebrationEvery wedding is different, and our team will work creatively with you to deliver a truly unforgettable experience, all designed around you.

The décor at Heacham Manor will suit a variety of colour and style combinations and with all its public areas and the gardens all on the same level, it offers a unique and flexible space that can be moulded into the perfect venue no matter how you choose to entertain your guests.



The FoodIf the promise of a stunning and unique venue is not enough, then just wait until the food is served. Our very own kitchen brigade, supervised by our experienced Head Chef, will ensure that you are served food of the highest standard, worthy of our long-standing AA Rosette award. Norfolk is alive with exquisite fresh produce and we have a variety of specially prepared menus with something to suit any palate, or feel free to mix and match. Or, if you are looking for something specific, just let us know and our Head Chef will work with you to create a bespoke menu.

We also cater for special dietary requirements, so nothing is too much bother.




The MemoriesYour wedding day will be one of the most magical and memorable occasions of your lifetime and you will want to capture those memories.

The beautiful Elizabethan Manor offers some extremely unique features and within its beautifully manicured gardens, there are some secret spots for romantic photo opportunities.

As well as all these stunning external locations, the Manor House itself provides ample opportunity for beautiful indoor photographs, just in case it rains!

And finally, just over 5 minutes-drive away is Heacham Beach, another idyllic spot for a romantic photo shoot. A memorable “highway to the heavens” reflection of the sun in a golden and silver road can often be seen as you look to the horizon across the sea.
