Transforming the built character of the corridor to make it more attractive.

Stimulating new retail activity on ground-floor storefronts.

Street Section Plan

Type 1: Mixed-use corridor environment. Well maintained sidewalks and pedestrian amenities to encourage strolling, walking, and shopping. Includes Planting Zone and Clear Pedestrian Zone.

Type 2: Supports blend of mixed-use and residential environments. Serves east/west arterials needs and includes median with turn lanes. Includes Planting Zone and Clear Pedestrian Zone.

Type 3: Supports mixed use district environment. Includes Planting Zone and Clear Pedestrian Zone.

Type 4: Provides environment bridging between mixed-use and residential areas. Includes Planting Zone and Clear Pedestrian Zone.

Streetscape Elements
