InstructionsPaint one paper plate black, then leave to dry. Alternatively you could use a black marker pen.
To make the Ladybird wings, cut the other paper plate in half, then cover the back of both halves with red tissue paper. Alternatively you can use red paint or a marker pen.

Next print out and cut out the Ladybird parts on the last page.
Put all the elements together by first sticking the wingson to the black plate as shown above.
Glue one wing in place leaving a small bit of black plate showing at the top. Glue the other wing slightly over the top of the other wing.
Paint the back of one plate black.
Cut a plate in half, then cover the back with red tissue paper.

Give your ladybird some legs by sticking themto the underside of your Ladybird.
Stick the legs to the back of the Ladybird body.
Put the dots on to the wings.
Stick the headto the top ofthe body.
