Findings based on Current Scenario

In current scenario, we receive most revenue from Belgacom followed by Syniverse and absolutely no revenue from Aincent and Sybase.

It has also been observed that in current scenario we had 70% expenditure compared to revenue income in month of June and 234% more expenditure compared to revenue income in month of July

Expenditure for the month of July has increased 164% compared to that of June

Findings based on Projected Scenario If Aincent SMS Hub charges (existing charges) is replaced by Syniverse charges (proposed charges), from

commercial point of view we will have positive revenue impact because of the following:

We will receive payment from Syniverse of $0.01 per incoming SMS which was $0 from Aincent previously (revenue gain $0.01 per incoming SMS)We will have to pay $0.01 per outgoing SMS to Syniverse which was $0.0285 to Aincent previously (revenue saved $0.0185 per outgoing SMS)

We will have to pay a minimum monthly payable amount of $ 441.18 (OCSMS + MOT Payables) per month to Syniverse, it will be $ 641.18 (OCSMS + MOT Payables) per month if we follow the new charging rule (expenditure increase would be $200 per more than the current minimum payable).

If Sybase charges (existing charges) is replaced by SAP charges (proposed charges), from commercial point of view we will have positive revenue impact because of the following:

We will receive payment from SAP of $0.0106 per incoming SMS which was $0 from Sybase previously (revenue gain $0.0106 per incoming SMS)We will have to pay $0.025 per outgoing SMS to SAP which was $0.03 to Sybase previously (expenditure same would be $0.05 per outgoing SMS)

In projected scenario, we will have 3 vendors instead of 4

We will receive revenue from all three vendors, Belgacom, Syniverse and SAP.

If existing conditions were replaced with projected scenarios, the following would have been observed

3% expenditure in month of June (in current scenario we had 70% expenditure)

Just 65% expenditure compared to revenue income in month of July (in current scenario we had 234% expenditure)

Expenditure for the month of July would have risen by 68% compared to that of June (in current scenario it has risen by 164%)

Findings based on Projected Scenario
