PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

STEP 1: GATHER INGREDIENTS
Ingredients and kitchen tools needed are pineapple chunks, a banana, milk, a blender, knife, cutting board, and cup.
STEP 2: MEASURE INGREDIENTSIngredients needed are
one cup of fresh pineapple chunks, half a cup of milk, and one banana cut into pieces.
Banana fun fact: no fat, sodium or cholesterol.
But they do contain potassium, fiber, Vitamin C, and B6!
STEP 3: COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER
Nothing special here, just put all 3 ingredients in the blender. If you’re like me and like the smoothie to be colder, throw in some ice cubes as well!
STEP 4: BLEND!
Lucky for me, we have a Vitamix in my house. I turned on the blender and blended it at low level 6 for about 15 seconds before it looked perfect.
STEP 5: POUR IT INTO A CUP
And now for the most simple step: pour the smoothie into a glass or cup of your choice and enjoy your creation!

Adjustments from recipe: Instead of 1 cup of almond milk, I used ½ cup of whole (protein) milk.
