I made one of the best decisions of my life when I signed the contract late March 2014.
Yes I joined ENVY Jewellery!
I instantly fell in love with the jewellery and how friendly everyone was, I knew nothing about jewellery, only that I always liked pieces in shop windows that were totally out of my price range.
Who would think now not only do I have dream pieces in my overflowing jewellery box but it is bulging.
One of the things I love about ENVY is their launches in Sydney. Being from Sydney myself it gives me a great excuse to visit family and do parties while up there which normally pays for my trip and I just spread the ENVY love further.
At the beginning of my journey I was very happy to just plod along and do parties and earn commission, but then at the last Sydney launch Sandi McDonald was introduced to us all again and I was inspired to recruit and to try our NEW party presentation.
The first month I introduced the system I was amazed I had 3 gorgeous ladies join my team and I had a healthy diary for once.
Wow I thought I think I am onto something!
The second month I signed another lady and party sales were increasing so much so I completed the team leader part one with relative ease that would never have been possible if I hadn’t given it a go.
Now this month I can officially say I have started my leadership journey.
I still have to pinch myself as I am waiting for it all to sink in!
Introducing newly promoted WA Team Leader Kristin Perry of Shining Gems...
My name is Kristin Perry, I’m 32 years old and started with ENVY in June 2013. I first heard about ENVY 2 and half years ago from a friend at playgroup as her Mum had started selling it and she was having her very first party – Natalie Silano (my gorgeous upline). I was so excited by all the jewellery that I decided to host my own party. After the party while Natalie was packing away, my husband
had been listening in the next room and came up to me and said “You need to sell this”. I was stunned to say the least, but right there began my ENVY journey!
I am a stay at home mum to two beautiful boys aged 5 and 3, so I have to keep all my jewellery in a locked travel box as they are fascinated with my ‘pretties”. I never saw myself as jewellery person before as I would hardly ever change my jewellery, but now I love having my overflowing jewellery box to select styles from every day and really enjoy the compliments I receive!
My ENVY income has allowed me to take family holidays, contribute to the home and cover extra expenses when necessary. We are also in the process of renovating our kitchen, and ENVY is helping us do that. It has also allowed me to return to work as an Early Childhood Teacher for a short time when the opportunity arose, as the hours are what I chose to do, rather than being stuck in the one job – I got to teach children by day and party at night, all while being paid!!!
It took me a while to build my team, as I love the flexibility of ENVY and how you can create your own path, but have now decided that the opportunity of this business is worth sharing and how it has changed my life to allow me to work when I want, and be at home with my children while they are young.
I would like to thank my wonderful new team ‘Shining Gems’ and of course the support of Natalie who is always only a phone call away. I have created some great friendships throughout this company and love catching up with everyone when we get the chance!

I started my ENVY journey through my good friend Lorraine in August this year.
I Moved to Coffs Harbour 12 months ago to establish a small organic garlic farm with my husband and two boys, took a year off work to get us settled in which only lasted 8 months as I like to keep busy and wanted that extra bit of income.
I have a small business background and love thinking a little more outside the square so I thought, Yes ENVY may work for me.
I thought I could grow a small Business, enjoy some free bling and meet some new friends, well ENVY is not letting me down.
I can manage my week around school hours and my husband’s fly in and fly out 4 week roster and still get some time to go to the gym, work on the School P&C and take the kids to sport and activities just like normal and now do a few parties and sponsor a few lovely ladies to have a little more financial freedom

The Art of Bling is my team name and ENVY know their Art!!!
The jewellery is beautiful and with a great supportive network, I know I can reach for those Diamonds in the sky and succeed!!!

I came across ENVY at a friend’s party, I wasn’t really interested in the jewellery, but there were two pieces I fell in love with. Also, I just loved Meryl, the consultant that afternoon. Meryl invited me to the August launch and I loved what I saw and felt it would fit in well with my business as a makeup artist and fashion stylist.
My party of 10 lovely ladies produced $1300 in sales and 5 parties booked, I signed up and also one of the girls who had left earlier rang back ready to sign up ! This was Tamara, part of my team who has also started building her own team.
So within 6 weeks I have 5 girls in my team, Josie & the Pussy Cats. In October I did Team Leader month 1 and November Team Leader month 2, this is absolutely amazing and I just love my Team, Meryl and the ENVY family.

I started this ENVY journey as I have a history of selling jewellery and direct selling, the benefits are endless and the choices are all available!
This ‘job’ gives me freedom, flexibility and time with my two little girls all week, a few hours work and a full-time income, the opportunity to inspire and motivate my team, the income, rewards and incentives are all available and the path you choose is endless.
I love party plan, meeting new people, wearing the jewellery, socialising and having time out for myself but most of all I love coming home from my ‘job’ knowing that this offers us the opportunities for all our family goals!

QLD Consultant Claire Merryweather promoted to Business Manager of her team INFUSION at the end of October. Here is her story…
I joined ENVY in February this year, I had no idea how it would honestly change my life.
At first, like many, I decided to join to earn a little extra money and the free jewellery was of course a great bonus. I had a busy life already with 2 children and a part time job 4 days a week.
I soon became addicted, loving the products, being able to party for a job and to give the hosts so much free jewellery, I couldn’t see a down side!
This is when in August, I decided to change my chosen path with ENVY and look to build a team. I wanted to share this opportunity and how amazing it was! I have now just achieved Business Manager along with qualifying for London which is out of this world!!! Being a part of ENVY is so much more than just a job, it changes women; I’ve seen it for myself, giving them confidence and self-belief! I love that!
I feel so fortunate to be where I am today, but with hard work and determination you can make your business a huge success. I would like to say a big thank you my fantastic team INFUSION, you girls are incredible, I love working with you all and watching you achieve amazing things!! Tia Barnham, for not only introducing me but for being a great friend and incredible leader to me and all the girls under ENVY Sparkles. If this last 9 months is anything to go by, I am so excited for what’s around the corner!!

WA Consultant Heidi Prindiville took out the Top Sales position in September, after only signing up with ENVY in August. She achieved all 3 kit builders in just over a month and now that she has also begun sponsoring, is well on her way to a flourishing ENVY business. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Heidi, but in the meantime here is her story…
My ENVY journey only started 8 weeks ago, completely out of the blue and unexpectedly. I had just been made redundant from the corporate world after being in the same industry for 10 years. Actually, it’s the second time in 3 years redundancy had struck, so it made me re-evaluate what my next move would be. I just knew I had enough of the full-time, corporate world, but I still needed a decent income to support my family.
A few days later, while I was at my 20 year school reunion, my bestie, Melz texts me to tell me that she had found the perfect ‘job’ for me. She had just been to an ENVY showcase and instantly thought of me. I hadn’t even heard of ENVY, but my instant reaction…Oh my god!!! Not another party plan venture, and I think I rolled my eyes several times… even my husband had the same reaction as me. But the more I thought about it, the more it grew on me. Eventually I bit the bullet and thought, “What have I got to lose?”
It took me less than 24 hours to lock in my 6 bookings to get the Business Kit and before I knew it, I had 15 bookings in my diary and 12 of them were in my very first month. I think Katie (my sponsor) was just as gobsmacked as me!!
My launch party was a huge success and then my very first solo, on my own party blew my launch party out of the water. I set myself a target of $10,000 for the month. Yeah it was high, but not having that
second income, I needed it to be high, after all I did want $1000 of free bling!!! I didn’t quite reach my target, but I sure came close and it has given me such a high to keep going.
It was only a couple of days into October and I got a call from the lovely Dee to tell me I was the highest seller for WA. I was absolutely blown away. It had hardly felt like I had actually done any work. The gorgeous jewellery just sells itself. Then a few days later, in the ‘ENVY Insider’, I was not only the highest WA seller, but I was the highest in Australia!!
It’s been such an amazing journey so far and I’ve had so much support from my fantastic Team Leader (soon to be manager) Katie Peos and our team ‘Rising Stars’. I can’t thank my family and friends enough for their support and encouragement as well, and especially Melz for introducing me to the ENVY world!! I am truly blessed to have such an amazing friend who passed on this amazing opportunity!!

Below is a reminder of key dates for pre-Christmas orders and the ENVY office during Christmas break:
1. ENVY OFFICE & ORDERS BEFORE CHRISTMAS:
Pre-Christmas Delivery of Orders: To ensure delivery of orders before Christmas it is best to close orders by
10am Thursday 17 December.
Final Orders for 2015 & ENVY Office Year-End: Final orders for December 2015 accepted up until 10am on Tuesday 22
December (this is month close), with these orders to be dispatched before closing the ENVY office for the Christmas/New
Year break.
ENVY Office Re-Opening in 2016: We will re-open the ENVY office on Friday 8 January 2016.
2. EXCHANGES & NEW JOINER APPLICATIONS:
Exchanges: To ensure delivery of your exchanges before Christmas, your return exchange parcels need to be received at
ENVY Head Office by Thursday 10 December with all the correct information supplied (especially the invoice number) to
allow time for posting the exchange.
(NB: a blank Exchange form has been attached if you do not have the correct picking slip).
New Joiner Applications: To ensure dispatch of new joiner kits before the ENVY office closes for Christmas break, please
submit your new joiner applications by Thursday 17 December.
3. YEAR-END EXTENSION FOR SPECIAL OFFERS:
New Joiner Applications: All new joiners (in November or December) that require bookings within their first 4 weeks,
during the ENVY Office Christmas break period are extended by 2 weeks, as is their first 4 weeks of sales.
Kit Builder Rewards: All new consultants with Kit Builders active during the ENVY Office Christmas break period are
extended by 2 weeks.
ENVY Host Booking Vouchers: All host booking vouchers still valid within 28 days during the ENVY Office Christmas break
period are extended by 2 weeks.
