Listed below are the latest figures for the 2016 LONDON retreat. We have included all Consultants who currently have over 20 points. You need 55 points to get there and 4 new joiners within the qualification period who each sell at least $1000.

Introducing newly promoted WA Business Manager Katie Peos...
I joined ENVY at the end of July 2014 and have not looked back. I love everything, the training, the incentives, the new friends I’ve made, the flexibility and of course the over flowing jewellery box – or should I say suitcase – of bling.
I’m feeling a little like Alice and that I have hopped both feet first down the rabbit hole and landed in a magical wonderland. I’m a busy wife and a mother of 2 children aged almost 5 and nearly 2. With having such flexibility I can still make school drop offs and pick-ups. Plus I’m able to contribute to things around the family home like a mower man and getting the dog hydro bathed, plus helping lift the pressure of the household bills, sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most.
I never imagined I’d achieve so much and certainly in this short time frame and be sharing my amazing journey. I’m truly feeling humbled ENVY has given me back my freedom and independence and sparked the drive while giving me the tools to succeed.
I’m thankful to my husband, family and friends for their ongoing support, plus my wonderful manager Dee for her positive motivation, also to my amazing and dynamic growing team, who never stop empowering each other. There are days where I do feel like the mad hatter at my own team party, but you only get out as much as you put in, and loving what I do makes it the most amazing opportunity I’ve experienced.
I’m looking forward to all the other great things that lie ahead. Like more jewellery and the possibility of overseas holidays I can’t wipe the Cheshire grin off my face.
Introducing newly promoted WA Business Manager Karen McCagh of The Glamour Gals...
Wowsers, What a whirlwind!!! My name is Karen McCagh; I am 43 years young, a wife and busy mother to 3 gorgeous boys, my youngest with special needs. I had been out of the paid workforce for 8 years on parental leave when I decided I wanted to return and contribute to the family income. I was hoping for something that offered flexibility (to attend my sons various appointments), great income and that would be FUN!!! Not too much to ask for, Right?!?!
My friends affectionately call me ‘The Party Plan Queen’ as I am always having various party plan demonstrations at my house. When my sons were younger I dabbled in the party plan life so it only seemed fitting that I look at becoming a Consultant of some sort. Now to find a product, I could ‘Sell’ and one that I loved. Queue ENVY jewellery, new, gorgeous and fun!!
I must admit that even without attending an ENVY party I could immediately see the business potential but had no idea it would happen so quickly. With the training, guidance and support of my amazing Manager, Amanda Horan and the excitement of my new adventure, the accumulation of consultants came quite easily and the team ‘The Glamour Gals’ was born.
I feel it is important to set goals as it is very rewarding when you achieve them. After chatting to my boys, we decided that Mum’s sales commission would be saved to fund a long awaited family holiday to the Gold Coast. After all, Mum returning to work meant that everyone would be impacted somehow.
After only 4 months, I am amazed to say that we have booked and look forward to our Qld holiday early in November. I am part of a team of wonderful ladies, looking at becoming Business Manager and promoting my first Team Leader. Some of the ladies in ‘The Glamour Gals’ are looking at the ENVY business, full time pay/part time hours and others as VIP Account Holders but all just loving the jewellery.
Without sounding all ‘clichéd’, I have found it all with ENVY…freedom, flexibility, fun and a fabulous product. Who doesn’t love catching up with ladies, having a drink, a laugh and shopping for a beautiful product, especially one for ourselves, not our cupboards. Bling It On!!!
