Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is helpful to know when contacting the Heaven Event Center? It is our pleasure to assist you in planning your special event and it is important for us to know a few details. When requesting a proposal, please include your preferred date, any alternative date options, the approximate guest count & important contact information. We show the venue by appointment only and would love to schedule a facility tour and consultation for your special day.
Is there a Food & Beverage Minimum? There is no food and beverage minimum required by the Heaven Event Center. Our Preferred Caterers are recommended for your special day, but we do allow off site catering with prior approval of their license and insurance. Should you choose not to use our a preferred caterer, there is an additional security deposit required.
Does the Heaven Event Center provide the Bar Service? No, the Heaven Event Center requires you to choose from our preferred bartending & catering companies. If your catering company provides the bar service, we will need to approve their license and insurance. If your catering company does not provide the bar service, you are required to arrange the bar through our preferred bartending services: Barfly Bar Catering Service & Cocktails Catering
Am I required to have a wedding planner? If you are having your ceremony & reception at the Heaven Event Center, you are required to have a day-of coordinator. The Heaven Event Center staff is more than happy to refer you to our preferred Wedding Specialists.
If I choose to have my ceremony at Heaven, when can I schedule my rehearsal? If you are having your ceremony at Heaven, a rehearsal will be scheduled prior to your wedding at no additional cost. The ceremony rehearsal will be scheduled for ONE hour on the week of your wedding. The Heaven Event Center Staff will confirm the date and time one month prior to your wedding date.
Can we extend our rental time after 12am? If you would like to extend your rental time after 12am, there is an additional fee of $250 per hour up until 2 am.
What is the process of reserving the venue? To secure the date, a 50% deposit on the venue rental & a signed contract are needed. The final balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
What is my cleaning responsibility during the event? Your caterer is required to clean all food & beverage trash. All decor and speciality items brought in by you are required to be removed after your event.
Does the Heaven Event Center have any restrictions regarding decor?We prohibit the use of fog machines, indoor pyrotechnics and confetti in the event space. We do not allow open flame or hanging decorations over 3 lbs. Due to the open floor plan, our staff kindly asks that you provide all decor, layout and vendor information prior to your event date for approval.
