Editorial:aving a healthy life has many benefits in your life. You would have less health problems and you will have more energy. Many people do not have a healthy life for different reasons

such as they do not have free time for eat well or exercise or they do not worry about their health.

HIn the actuality people have to be more efficient, so that means

do more things in the less time possible, for that reason many people prefer to go outside to eat instead of cooking something healthy at home. Some people do not care about their lives, they do not know about calories and cholesterol that affects their bodies.

We are worried about the lot of cases of obesity that affects kids and teenagers around the world, every year this number increase. That’s why we want to make a change in audience’s minds, by changing the way they eat and giving them some tips to improve their health and way of living.

People should organize themselves, organize their time. People should try to cook more often in the house and stop eating fast food. For example people can try to buy organic food in the markets and less processed food. People can find different ways of transportation such as walk or ride a bicycle is a good change you can do.

To can do all these changes on your life, you have to change your mind and be open to new things. You cannot make a change in one day to another. You have to work hard to achieve it, but your body will thank you all the benefits. Exercise is good for your health and this gives you a better life and you are going to live longer. So take advantage of your life and share with the ones you love.

Benefits of exercise

Do you what to be healthy and with the correct physical appearance? Well, you can accomplish it by doing exercise. Sometimes we ignore this activity because we don’t know how to do exercise in the correct way. Check out this four ways exercise can improve

your life.

1) If you exercise you stay healthy According to some recent studies,

those people who exercise frequently live longer and also they have better physical condition. When you exercise, our body releases all the toxins and dead cells that we have in our body and helps us stay healthy but not only outside also at the indoor form.2) If you exercise you lose weight

Many people think that by not eating they will lose weight, but often this is not true because apart

from having a balanced diet , you should supplement with exercise because our body needs to eliminate all fats that cause overweight.

3) If you exercise you stay stronger

When we exercise we will notice a difference especially in our muscles it will grow and therefore we will be physically more active and

stronger .In the other hand, our bones become stronger and more resistant but we must not forget that we have to supplement with a balanced diet specially with some vitamins, calcium and other elements that give benefits to our body, and remember that you must avoid fats.

4) If you exercise we reduce the risk of having a disease

According to some specialists, if a person do exercise frequently it reduces the risk of a disease and therefore people will have a better quality of life.As you know, heart disease is one of the most common diseases and it caused death of many people around the world but exercising, our heart will be healthy and will works in the best way possible.

5) If you exercise you will have better oxygenation

At the moment that our body captures the presence of a healthy physical exercise, our heart begins to work more and thus our blood will be more oxygenated but many people don’t know how this will benefit us? Let us tell you, that if our body is more oxygenated , it will help you to have better physical condition and also you should have more fluid and relaxing breath when we exercise.

he eating disorders affect the life of many people. Women suffer it two and half times more than men. The teenagers suffer it frequently. In many cases, they are influenced in

stereotypes of beauty that the society dictates. The people think that the perfect body is the thinner, so many cases they feel bad with their own bodies so they stop eating are cause for the societal beauty standards.

T Other people follow crash diets, this is very harmful for your body. For example if you are a teenager you should eat well, have a balance diet and do exercise because your body is growing and your brain needs energy to work. If you stop eating your body is not going to work in the correct way and in that case you are not going to continue growing.

There are other factor that contributes on eating disorders:The genetics contribute on the eating disorders if someone of the family had

suffered this problems, someone of the house is more vulnerable to suffer it too. In addition, specific chromosomes have been linked to both bulimia and anorexia.

The biochemistry affects especially your mood, the regulation of appetite and stress. If you do not sleep the recommended, you are more prone to suffer these disorders. The people that suffer anorexia have high levels of serotonin and this cause a lot of stress.

Some psychological factor that can affect in anorexia and bulimia are low self-esteem, lonely, the impulsive people.

The culture and the environment influence the people actions and feelings. The media promote an unrealistically thin body shape that goes directly to the audience. In the personal the family or other relationship problems and a difficult or turbulent childhood can affect in the way people eat.

Anorexia:An eating disorder characterized

by markedly reduced appetite or total aversion to food. Anorexia is a serious psychological disorder. It is a condition that goes well beyond out-of-control dieting. The individual continues the endless cycle of restrictive eating, often to a point close to starvation. This becomes an obsession and is similar to an

addiction to a drug. Anorexia can be life-threatening. Also called anorexia nervosa.

Bulimia: An eating disorder characterized by episodes of secretive excessive eating followed by inappropriate methods of weight control, such as self-induced vomiting, abuse of laxatives and diuretics, or excessive exercise

Consequences:

Abnormally slow heart rate and low blood pressure.

Osteoporosis. Muscle loss and weakness. Severe dehydration. Fainting, fatigue, and overall weakness. Dry hair and skin, hair loss is common.

n this section, we take the time of interview Rosita Jiménez, a simple woman who has to deal with her two boys in

school, her carefree husband and her bad reputation of the conventional fast food-woman. Could we help her?

I How usually do you eat in fast

food restaurants? Well, my family and I have a tradition

of eat outside every Sunday. We have kids, so every Sunday are especially Mc Donald’s or Pizza Hut days (laughs). However, if I am going to my work and the last day I did not have time to cook me something, just drive to the near fast food restaurant and ask for a hamburger or a taco. I feel that the people who work there are like “Look, there is Rosita. Do you want the usual, sis?”

Do you think it is a good feed what you are giving to your children and your own? No, I know that my children are not eating the best food in the world.

However, I feel frustrated every day when they do not eat their vegetables or their fruits in school so when I go with them every Sunday and see that they finish all their meat is like a breath because now I do not what to do with them. And it is the same story with my eating disorder. If they do not eat, I cannot eat too!

What do your husband think about it?Sometimes I want shout him “hey, I

did not do this kids for my own, Michael!” but I contain myself because I know that he is doing his best to move forward this family with his work and the new plans of a new home in other city, so it is not right if I try to press him more. Nevertheless, the weight of

load with a whole family is killing me because now I am ‘mommy’ and ‘daddy’ at the time, and what he thinks about that? “Rosita, you are being so dramatic, you always like this kind of pressure. Blah, blah, blah (Imitating him)”. Doctor, please, I thought that I could with it, but now this is being out of my hands.

The doctor’s adviceIt is too obvious that you need to take a

breath, so I recommended you to think in a baby sister. It could be a different way of move your concentration to another part of your life that you are abandons like cooking or cleaning. Do not forget of care of yourself, Rosita. Talk with your husband and say to him that you need to a take a weekend for yourself because at this point, you are just probing the first step of a real eating disorder. To finish, buy to your kids supplement pills and teach them that a good meat is going to be the best gift that you can give them.
