Intern’s Experience Team Leader
Objective of the LR experience: Create a plan to support the
intern’s effectiveness and performance at their jobs. Also increase
intern’s and TN Takers satisfaction.
Team composition:
Task for this individual:
Create the support plan for each one of the interns
Support the interns setting goals for their internship experience
Execute activities to help them perform better at their jobs (for
example: trainings around the market, cultural induction)
Coordinate diagnosis and planning tasks
Track tasks execution
MoS:
1. Depending on the measures of success of the TN forms;
2. Stakeholders’ satisfaction indexes.

Recruitment Cell Team Leader
Objective of the LR experience: Allow that recruitment efforts are
align with communication plan. Leverage recruitment results by
having separate Cells focusing on different targets
The leader is accountable to the program manager or the VP OGX

Build Operational plan based on the recruitment
communication plan;
Execute the recruitment plan;

Trial the candidates
Selection process of the recruited candidates
Report to the Program manager or VPOGX

Team composition:
Open Cultural Event OCP
Objective of the LR experience: Create an open event to
increase awareness about country partner’s culture, society,
economy, etc. Using the experience of the members who already
lived an exchange experience in these countries, we are able to
engage universities, students and members in a global learning
environment and increase positioning. It can be used to promote
Global Citizen Program. The leader is accountable to VPTM.

Task for this individual:
1. Create the strategic plan for the project
2. Organize the logistics of the event
3. Prepare the content to be presented (about country’s politics,
society, culture, economy)
4. Promote the event within the membership, university and
students
5. Deliver the event
6. Deliver a final report

3rd Sector Induction OCP
Objective of the LR experience: Introduce the members, who
are going on exchange, to the 3rd sector. By organizing a week
where the members can get involved with different NGO’s activities,
related to the jobs that are offered on the DT programs.
The leader is accountable to the VPOGX or TM.
Team composition:
Task for this individual:
1. Create the strategic plan for the project
2. Segment and select the NGO’s that will participate in the
project
3. Visit the NGO’s and build the activities that the members are
going to execute (to increase knowledge about 3rd sector)
4. Promote the event within the members and coordinate who
will participate. Allocate them within the NGO’s
5. Organize a “closing event” to allow participants and NGO’s
sharing
6. Deliver a final report of the project

Objective of the LR experience: Mentor and coach members
from the LC in their career planning, functional and organizational
knowledge

Support members on career planning and goal setting for their
AIESEC experience
Execute activities to help them perform better at their jobs (for
example: help them planning their jobs, work together,
functional knowledge)
Execute coaching and mentorship

countries they are going to travel
