• We provide line item costings, showing all actual expenses plus our administrative service fee. This allows you to see exactly where your money is being spent. Our fee varies based on the complexity of the program and number of attendees.

• We provide a customized, detailed proposal with estimated pricing based on scope of work.

• No additional mark-up on added program inclusions during planning stages or on-site, and a complete open book policy on all financials.
