Prior to serving in the military, held managerial positions that required profit and loss review, product ordering, and payroll reports.
Experience with writing performance reviews for subordinates as well as proof reading such documents for peers and superiors.
Primary instructor for the Mobile Gun System, Reconnaissance and Command variants of the Stryker light armored vehicle operator’s New Equipment Training (NET) program; organized the development and instruction of all lesson plans contained in the Stryker Program of Instruction (POI) totaling 200 separate lessons and over 650 hours of instruction.
Coordinated for the planning and training of all gunnery related tasks for 81 military personnel making up 27 crews utilizing nine Stryker Mobile Gun Systems (MGS) each valued in excess of $7.5 million.
Spent numerous off-duty hours on research, planning, and training to enable 54 military personnel of the Pennsylvania National Guard to receive education on
crew evaluation and doctrinally standardized fire commands resulting in recognition by the 1-112th Stryker Brigade Command Team Commander.
Reviewed and recommended changes to multiple doctrinal manuals resulting in updates to critical ammunition allotments for the force.
