ni Fassi’s Palazzo del Freddo, the gelato head quarters in Rome since 1880. We offer a 700
sq meter hall, a laboratory in sight and a trade
passed down from generation to generation.

products at a low-cost like a slogan used to pub-
licize in the late eighteen hundreds – are the basic
principles followed by the Fassi philosofy.The
gelateria’s doors, in via Principe Eugenio 65-67
- the Esquiline area, are always open (every-day and all-year-round) to guided ours and
private parties.
I tour prevedono l’ingresso nel laboratorio
dove i maestri gelatieri illustrano il proces-
so di lavorazione che distingue un gelato arti-

Tours consist in visiting the laboratory,
where the master gelatieri will demonstrate
the production process, that distinguishes
homemade gelato from industrial ice cream,
and where freshly made gelato will be tasted.
The tour will conclude with a gelato snack.

sala Giuseppina in esclusiva per il tuo buffet
dolce e salato o accomodarti per le consuma-

ties: celebrate with a guided tour and a cake
at the end, have a sweet and salty buffet ar-
ranged exclusively for you in the Giuseppina
hall or enjoy your celebration in the main hall.
