The beaded bangles are crocheted and the crystal bracelets are faceted glass strung on stretchy plastic elastic. Both styles roll on the wrist and are one size fits all. Due to the nature of the bracelets we never know what colors we will run across. When ordering, make your color request and we will match as closely as possible! You can tell us a color palette

Custom Stamps The custom designs above were created for clients that wanted something unique to their brand/company.
We create a line drawing of the “thing” you want stamped on the charms. In the past we have created stamps of islands, logos, tea cups, ice cream cones, etc. If we can make a line drawing out of it, we can make stamp out of it.
The set up fee starts at $120 for the stamp. Most stamps fall in this price range but the larger stamps (see pendant with instruments) run around $250. The stamps belong to us but are exclusive to the jewelry we make for you. We
never sell your stamped charms to other businesses.
Pricing for the custom jewelry pieces is comparable to similar charm/chain combos you see in our catalog. The stamps take about 4 weeks to be produced. Then jewelry can take up to 2 weeks for our normal lead time.

Token Necklace Collection Tokens represent something by their very nature, but they
also have a personal meaning that is different for each of us. The gemstones paired with each token have their own meanings,
lore, and properties too.
These charms are cast by hand from molds of antique buttons that we have collected over the years. Each one is unique and no
two are exactly alike.
These designs are pictured (opposite page) in bronze and come on an 18” gold plated chain with a tiny semi precious stone
accent. All of the token necklaces are available in silver with sterling silver chains (.925), fine silver (.999) pendants.

vintage redux Collection The pendants in this collection are cast by hand from
molds of antique buttons that we have collected over the years. Each one is unique and no two are exactly alike.
Many of the buttons used in these designs date back to the mid 1800’s and we love their delicate patterns and fine details. The designs that are pictured are our best selling pendants in bronze, and many of them are accented with
natural stones.
Most of the pieces in this collection are available in silver with sterling silver chains/findings (.925), fine silver
(.999) pendants. Please call for current silver pricing.
Tiny Drop Earrings The medallions in this collection of earrings are made from molds of antique buttons. Each medallion is cast in pewter. The silver version is pewter pendant on a sterling silver french hook. Gold version is gold plated pewter pendant on a 14k gold filled
french hook. Each medallion is approximately 1/4” - 1/2” in diameter. These medallions coordinate with the wire bracelets on the next page.

and her grandmother Florine spent countless happy hours tending Florine’s garden. Each centerpiece is molded from
a garden-themed antique button.

Bella Vita Jewelry's new Natural Gemstone Cluster Necklace is a twist on a previous
designed called the Everly Necklace. This new design features a natural stone,
surrounded by smaller Tibetan Quartz and Black Tourmaline clusters and metal
accents.

These lockets were unearthed in a huge warehouse full of dead stock jewelry supplies. They probably date back to the 1960’s/70’s.
We had the metal lockets plated and then worked up the design. They range in size from 3” long - 1/4” long

Inspired by my recent trip to India, these jewelry pieces feature a “coin” pendant with a circle of elephants and India/Thai influenced
designs in the center. The metal are gold plated pewter pendant, silver plated brass
spikes, and antique gold plated chain.
Stay tuned for more designs in this collection coming in 2020. I couldn’t resist throwing this
in our 2019 catalog.

WHOLESALE INFORMATION
Minimums – Minimum opening order is $300.
Terms – First time orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) at time the order is placed. By approval, NET 30 may be established at a later date. All orders are charged as soon as the order goes in to production. All orders ship 7 - 10 days after they begin production.
Ordering - To place a wholesale order, email [email protected] or call 501.396.9146. We are available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm.
Markup - Our suggested Markup is wholesale x’s 2.3 - 2.5.
Shipping – All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking unless other shipping arrangements are made. Shipping costs will be charged when the order is placed.
Lead Time – Typical lead time is 2 weeks for most items. Custom orders may take up to 6 - 8 weeks. Please inquire prior to placing your order for specific lead times. All orders are filled in the order they are received. If you need a rush order please call to inquire — it can usually be arranged.
Returns/Exchanges – Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt. All returns must be pre-authorized by Bella Vita Jewelry within 3 days of receipt and returned within 7 days of receipt of original order. All returns received after 7 days of receipt of original order will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Products in new, unused condition can be returned for a store credit on a future order or an exchange. Only products that are damaged due to shipping or manufacturer defaults can be returned for a refund. All products being returned by mail must be packaged in the same, equal, or better quality packaging and shipped in a box; returns shipped in envelopes or padded envelopes with no box will be refused. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.
Repairs — If an item were to break while in your possession, simply mail it back to me and I will repair it at no charge but shipping charges will be the responsibility of the store owner. If an items breaks after it is purchased I am happy to repair it up to 30 days after it was purchased at no charge. After that I can send a quote for repairs. All shipping charges are the store/buyers responsibility.
Display and Promotion – Items are shipped as is. Please let us know if you require hang tags or earring cards or other signage. Additional promotional signage or display materials are available upon request. Custom made Bella Vita Jewelry display items are available for sale as well.
Custom Orders — Custom orders are very welcome, but must be paid for in advance of production. Custom orders are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
