Introduction
Summary of components
The concept proposal is the first checkpoint in the development of a London Venture. The concept is a high level proposal and a concisely summarised overview of the idea which the London Ventures Board must take a decision as to whether they would like to incorporate it into the wider programme.
Each section of the template gives guidelines of what you should include in your concept proposal. If you would like to discuss the development of the idea or appropriate content in each of the sections please contact a member of the team.
A blank template has been provided at the end of the pack for you to complete for submission to the board.

The problem► Articulation of the problem faced ► Identification of who faces the problem and why the initiative would
have an impact to those facing challenges
The solution► A clearly proposed solution detailing who would be involved/ affected
and what structure or model of service or product would be employed
Where this has been done before► A description of where/how this has been done before► An explanation of how the proposed solution is different
