EXPERIENCE

Westcon Group (Staff Accountant) – Aug2015-July2016 Process incoming backend credit memos for all vendors on a daily basis using SAP and Microsoft

Excel. Analyze the vendor’s credit memo backup data, to compare the accuracy with Westcon Master Files,

and present discrepancies to upper management. Analyze chargeback aging reports for all vendors to identify invoices paid out of tolerance, and

investigate their validity. Coordinate with upper management to write off uncollectable backend claim amounts so the profit

margin of account managers properly reflect the amounts received. Programmed Excel Macros and VLOOKUPs to be utilized when updating all Master vendor files on a

daily basis; reducing the risk of human error and increasing productivity. Prepare a bimonthly reconciliation to various accounts to ensure the proper processing of backend

claims and resolve any imbalances. Oversee the backend claim process for Juniper, to ensure open claims are processed in a timely manner. Coordinate with the sales department to gather documentation when disputing inaccurate Checkpoint

claims. Developed a detailed step-by-step documentation of the backend claim process for various vendors. Work with the backend vendor claims team to provide documentation to auditors conducting their

annual audit.

Capitol Petroleum Group, LLC (Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist) – Mar2013-Jul2015 Managed credit card and EFT’s on daily basis through a tracking system called FACTOR. Troubleshoot credit card related problems while maintaining documentation for the auditors.

Entered situational reports in CIDNE on a daily basis to show various projects and threats that are going around in Southern Afghanistan for NATO to view.

the site’s five tenant commands to fulfill each family’s request at the grave site without incident. Focused efforts to assist the 4th Civil Affairs Group’s rapid-paced operations section to fulfill their

arduous requirements while alleviating much of the burden from the site support staff that permitted a successful outcome which was critical to the overalls respective duties.
