October 2007 – December 2008Superintendent, Skyline Construction, San Francisco, CA Worked within the Critical Facilities Division on some of the most prestigious buildings Infrastructures in San Francisco (i.e. Data Centers/Server Rooms/Cooling Towers/Emergency Power/Backup Power etc.) Supervised construction sites through performance of pre-construction strategies to punch list completions.Maintained deadline obligations through management and the coordination of subcontractors.

November 2003 – October 2007Senior Terminal Technician, BP West Coast Products, Richmond, CABART Team Member for Nationwide spill response team (Trained in all positions, Incident Commander on down). Operated the daily activities of a marine based terminal supplying the greater Bay Area with all types of fuels.Performed maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure the terminal’s specifications were met for state and federal laws.
