MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Management Trainees are usually the Fast Trackers and consistent high performers with potential to succeed in the future leadership positions, and the Company's approach is to train, nurture, and utilize the full potential of the intrinsic talents of ambitious individuals under a collective team approach.
Education Candidates, aged not over 27 years, should be a graduate/post-graduate in Business Administration (preferably major in Finance and Marketing) from a well reputed educational institution/university having at least CGPA: 4.00 on a scale of 5.00 and CGPA: 3.25 on a scale of 4.00 in their academic career.
Competencies Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills; high intellectual
ability, enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking; creativity and adaptability are desired. Excellent command over written and spoken English together with computer skills is essential.
