Ingredients
• Pork lean fatback 500 g• Grits 250 g• Dried mushrooms 2 fistful• Onion 1• Majroram 1 big spoon• Clave of garlic 5• Salt
Instructions
• Dip grits into water and dip mushrooms into another bowl of water.
• Cut meat on big cubes and cook in salt water.
• Cook grits in remaining water. • Grind meat with mushrooms and garlic, add
cooked grits, marjoram and salt.
• Place in baking dish greased with lard and bake in oven about 30 minutes when there will be a crust.
