    study of the long term effects of MAXI-MIZER on diesel and gasoline powered equipment.

    TODAYS ECONOMIC REALITY COST CONTINUE TO INCREASE

    For the past several decades, the cost of owning and operating a vehicle has increased steadily. The

    largest increases have come from rising fuel prices, insurance cost, expensive repairs, financing, and

    have advanced rapidly, and todays fuels are simply not keeping pace with the demands of these

    sophisticated fuel delivery systems.

    Recognizing the high cost of cleaning or replacing parts in these fuel systems, coupled with the hype

    that oil companies have given to premium unleaded gasoline, more owners (over 30%) are paying 15-

    20 cents per gallon more to use premium, thinking that more octane means more power and cleaner

    fuel. It simply means increased anti-knock characteristics. Only about 10% of the cars on the road

    today can benefit from the use of premium unleaded gasoline. Others have turned to the wide array of

    off the shelf. Single purpose fuel additives available at auto parts anddiscount stores, and are paying

    from $3 to over $10 per tankful, in an effort to make their car run better and last longer. However, their

    price prohibits the continual use of these products as a cost effective preventative maintenanceprogram. As a result, the use of these products is often discontinued and users are left disappointed,

    with an attitude of additives dont work.

    HOW IT WORKS

    It was the catalysts ability to increase the rate of combustion in the cylinder, providing a more

    complete burn of the fuel, which resulted in the dramatic reduction in smoke emissions. But that was

    just the beginning. It was found during the extended test that carbon deposits in the upper cylinder

    MAXI-MIZER has been shown to improve the water release characteristics of fuel, allowing excessive

    water to drop out of the fuel more quickly, while at the same time increasing the solubility of water in

    gasoline, which allows it to pass through the system harmlessly. MAXI-MIZER also effectively prevents

    ice crystal formation, which reduces the risk of gas line freeze in cold weather. The removal of water

    from diesel fuel tanks eliminates algae problems.

    RUST PROTECTION

    Four different brands of gasoline were evaluated for corrosion performance using the National

    Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) test TM-01-72. All of the base fuels failed this test. These

    same four fuels treated with only 50% of the normal

    concentration resulted in 0% corrosion. Rust in the fuel

    system can clog filters and damage fuel system

    components. Note: Winterized gasoline, (blended with

    higher percentages of methanol or ethanol), has beenfound to remove the coating on the inside of fuel tanks

    that protects against rust.

    DETERGENT ACTION

    As fuel is pumped through the system, MAXI-MIZERs

    powerful detergents begin removing the built up deposits

    of gum and varnish that accumulates in the fuel lines,

    pump, filter, and carburetor or fuel injectors, and

    prevents those deposits from building up in the future.

    This greatly reduces the risk of costly cleaning or

    replacement of the carburetor or fuel injectors, or other

    fuel system components as well as the difficulty of

    having a vehicle out of service.

    The primary test used to determine carburetor

    detergency was the Onan detergency test that

    uses a rating scale of zero (very dirty) to 10

    (perfectly clean). MAXI-MIZER treated fuel was

    rated at 8.3, while untreated fuel received a 4.5

    rating. Tests were conducted on a single cylinder,

    six cylinder, and eight cylinder engines with very

    similar results on each test.

    MAXI-MIZER IMPROVES FUEL ECONOMY

    A major double blind study was conducted utilizing a nationwide sales fleet of 270 cars, divided into

    three groups, one using a placebo (non-effective additive), one using a common detergent additive, and

    one using MAXI-MIZER. None of the drivers knew what they were using. Comparing the last five weeks

    of the treatment program to historical data showed a 0.9% decrease in fuel economy for the placebo

    group, a 1.3% increase for the detergent group, and the third group, using MAXI-MIZER showed an

    increase of 9.8% for Chevrolets and a 10.3% increase for Fords, an average of 10% improvement. The

    data also showed that it took only 120 gallons of MAXI-MIZER treated gasoline to see the full increase

    The MAXI-MIZER Metal Base Lubricant is the basis for all MAXI-MIZER Lubrication products. All

    products use the unique copper-lead metal base to enhance the lubricating values of stock petroleumand many synthetic lubricants for beyond virtually any know competitor. In turn there is a substantial

    reduction in friction, heat, wear, and energy consumption in areas where maximum lubrication is

    desired. The singular characteristic that distinguishes the MAXI-MIZER Metal Lubricant from all others

    is the residual metal treatment that continues to lubricate in the absence of direct lubrication. The race

    and industrial proven MAXI-MIZER Metal Base Lubricant may be used in most application utilizing

    reservoirs of lubricating or hydraulic oils. It is highly recommended for use in gear boxes and power

    SUPERIOR BENEFITS OF MBL PHYSICAL ADDITIVE TECHNOLOGY

    MAXI-MIZER MBL is described as a "physical additive" because it contains elemental copper and

    elemental lead and not chemicals that might affect the ratings of your oil. Beware of any oil additive

    that does not disclose the ingredients because they usually have chemicals that can be harmful to your

    engine. The use of MAXI-MIZER MBL will not change the SAE viscosity rating or the API serviceclassification of the oil. Many benefits are received when using MAXI-MIZER MBL in your vehicle.

    and helical), manual transmissions, (NOT IN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS) industrial bearings (oil bath,

    thrust, plain, rolling, and sliding), and power transmission equipment where the reduction of frictionand heat will significantly prolong the life of the equipment. Extending gear and bearing life will reduce

    expensive downtime and maintenance costs. The micro metals in the concentrated MBL will resurface

    the metal gears by filling the score marks, worn spots, and imperfections. By making the surfaces

    smoother, friction is reduced and wear is limited to the micro metal particles, not the gear or bearing.

    (The micro particles become sacrificial and will wear instead of the metal. By using this MBL

    technology, metal erosion is stopped. The treatment ratio for this type of application is 1 ounce to each

    quart of lubricant. If the lubricant is measured by the pint or pound, use ounce per pint or pound.

    Piston type air compressors will see higher compression which is indicated immediately on the pressure

    gauge. Reduction of the noise level and a shorter recharge time will be achieved after only a short

    period of use. Use of the MBL increases the life span of the compressor and reduces the amount ofenergy needed for operation. For small compressors less than 200 PSI add ounce of MBL for each

    quart of oil up to a maximum of 10 ounces. (For compressors over 200 PSI - ounce per quart not to

    exceed 18 ounces) (Do not use in compressors over 500 PSI).

    MAXI-MIZER MBL should also be used in hydraulic systems that are used on sanitation trucks, farm

    machinery, dump trucks, telescopic platforms, and construction equipment. The micro metal particles in

    the MBL will reduce the stress on the system by filling the imperfections, score marks and wear spots on

    the rams and pumps to provide a better seal. The micro metals will reduce the friction in the hydraulic

    pump which will reduce the heat generated by the pump which will reduce the temperature of the

    hydraulic oil. The results are fast and easy to measure. Most systems will see a 20-25% reduction in

    temperature of the oil, pump and tank within 10-15 minutes. Apply 1 ounce per gallon for the first five

    gallons of hydraulic fluid and ounce per gallon thereafter up to a total of 20 ounces of MBL.

    MAXI-MIXER L2-71 MULTI-PURPOSE GREASE

    Is a superior lubricant which may be used in approximately 95% of consumer grease applications. The

    elemental metal additive mixed with high quality lithium (L2) soap provides outstanding performance inthe laboratory and actual experience.
