Marketing & Strategic Planning

Guide the CEO and Board in developing the short, medium and long term strategic plan to focus marketing and fundraising efforts in order to ultimately reduce the dependency on State funding.

• Drafted and presented a formal development plan to the Board which included an internal and external assessment, stakeholder interviews, identification/ prioritization of target markets, and development of a marketing plan. The plan was approved for 2012/2013.

Rebranding

• Directed a rebranding initiative resulting in new logo/collateral materials and greater public awareness of the organization's mission including: prioritization of key communication elements, internal and external interviews, hired / directed a graphic artist and presentations to the Board. New logo approved and is now successfully aligned with Noah Homes mission.

• Managed the development of 2 executive videos and brochure to promote greater awareness of Noah Homes and raise funds within the San Diego business community.

Product Assistant, Pantene Hair Care -- Responsible for all consumer promotions, forecasting, budgets, and P&L’s for a franchise of over +150 sku’s. Results include:
