INTRODUCTION

MYCIMA is the gateway to our online services for members, students and business partners. With your

MYCIMA account you can:

Ensure your details are up-to-date – it’s really important we have the right details for you so that we

can send you the current information in a timely manner. Please update if you change your email

address, phone number or other details.

Schedule and pay for an exam – and find out more information about how to schedule for an exam.

Pay your subscription fees – remember, you can’t schedule an exam if you have any outstanding

payments.

STEP GUIDE TO CREATE YOUR MYCIMA ACCOUNT

1. Visit MYCIMA webpage at www.cimaglobal.com/mycima.

2. On the “Login to MY CIMA” page, click <create your own MY Cima sign in>.

3. On the “Create online account” page, enter your details accordingly.

Contact ID Your contact ID is your unique CIMA reference number. Example - E.g. 1-XDR5SE

Title Please choose one.

First name * This has be the same as your first name when you registered with CIMA.

Middle name This is optional.

Last name * This has be the same as your last name when you registered with CIMA.

Date of birth The format is dd/mm/yyyy.

Email address * This has be the same as your email address you used when you registered with CIMA.

Confirm email address * Enter your email address again.

Security question * As an extra security measure, you are asked to create a security question and answer. You will be asked this questions if you ever forget your password. For example: • Name of first school • City of birth Note – please do not include “?” in your question.

Security answer * Like a password, the security answer is case sensitive. Please make a careful note of what you enter, but do not show this to anyone else, as this will compromise the security of your account with CIMA.

Confirm security answer * Enter the security answer again.

Note – Field marked with * are compulsory.

4. Once you have entered all details, check the box “I accept the terms and conditions”. Then click <Create my online account>.

5. You password has now been created. It appears as small letters on the screen.

6. Logon to your MYCIMA account at www.cimaglobal.com/mycima. Enter your Contact-ID and password.

7. You will be directed to you MYCIMA account. You may now access to the information available. Happy exploring your MYCIMA.
