Vehicle Entrance/Exit Logistics

• For a smoother process, each vehicle will access the North Entrance by traveling Southbound on Park Lane from Floating Feather (we will have assistance from Ada County Sheriff and EHS Staff to manage the flow of traffic)

• Traffic Plan has been established to route vehicles through several stations on EHS Campus to accommodate the numerous vehicles: graduates will receive a program, senior T-Shirt, and be celebrated by the staff along the route

• After walking across the stage and receiving a diploma, each vehicle will exit via the main entrance turning south towards State Street

Attire • Must be dressed in EHS cap & gown

Bring the following with/on you

• Cap/Gown/Tassel • NHS Stole (if any) • Honor cords (Academic-if any) • Military sash (if any)

We need everyone’s cooperation to follow the plan stated above and continuously maintain social distancing while on campus.

• Graduates/families who are not comfortable with a live-in person ceremony can pick up his/her diploma after the Graduation Ceremony June 6th

All plans are subject to change based on Governor Little’s stages and orders for COVID-19
