Technicolor; Hollywood CA — 2002-2013 Operations Manager: Supporting the distribution of file based deliverables for multiple dailies projects. I also managed a team of five tape operators and four QC operators.
Supervisor - Digitizing Services: Managed a staff of six in the day to day operations of the Digitizing Department. During the advent of file based work flows, I coordinated staffing and training to insure all client needs were met in this deadline intensive environment.
