About the Project:
Work carried out by O’Brien
Construction of new school, Castlewood Primary School, Coventry. Our contract works included site clearance, earthworks remediation of 11000m3 Substructure, drainage and service ducts together with the construction of the ground floor slab.
External works consisted of car parking areas constructed using the formpave block paving system, coloured surfacing works , block paving, kerbing/edgings and a MUGA.
Through Early Contractor Involvement we were able to generate £60,000 of value engineering savings on this project.
