Welcome Back to Term Two!

Holiday Updates

While the students were away we were still busy at the school with some

improvements and maintenance. Our play equipment was improved, the

carpets were cleaned and a pest spray was completed.

Thank you to Max, our GA, for keeping our grounds looking beautiful ready

for all to return.

Sensory Garden

Our Sensory Garden is coming along nicely and will be another beautiful area

of our school. We are asking for donations of more sensory plants. If you are

able contribute it would be greatly appreciated.

School Leader Photos

We have copies of the School Leader photos available to purchase for $10

from the office. Please feel free to come in and take a look. Cash only as

money goes directly to the photographer.

Thank You

The Boolaroo Seventh Day Adventist Church has kindly donated two boxes

full of classroom supplies to the school. We really appreciate this kind

donation from the church members and their community.

Well done to our students who came to the

ANZC Day dawn service. It was lovely to see so

many families there. A big thank you to our

school leaders who participated in the service,

we are very proud of your efforts. All students

should be proud of themselves for

representing our school so beautifully.

Lest we forget

School Banking

Develop money management skills. See account

balance at a glance. Transfer pocket money from Smart

Access Account for Youth to Youthsaver account, and

back again. Learn to save by setting goals. Understand the

value of money - creating chores/jobs, keeping track of every dollar earned and

making sensible spending decisions. A fun, secure way to teach your child money

management, with the reassurance of parental account controls. Your child can

only transfer money between their own accounts in the CommBank Youth app.

Head Lice

To keep your child and others from the spread head lice please regularly check your child's hair for

head lice and treat if necessary. It is recommended that treatment be followed up every fortnight

until there is no more evidence of eggs or lice.

Canteen WILL be open tomorrow, 27th April
