via ‘private-public partnerships’
Estimated project cost $48 million sourced from various entities, marshalled by the new St. Louis Legacy Ice Foundation:
• The St. Louis Blues, Blues owners and Blues for Kids Foundation
• Corporate sponsorships
• Corporate, foundation, and individual donors
• Regional ice sport networks (parents, athletes, and coaches), including collegiate, high school, and youth levels
• State and local government:
o Leadership from St. Louis County, St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, City of Maryland Heights
o Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credits (Missouri Department of Economic Development) and MDFB State Tax Credits
