The Division of European Languages and Cultures and the Centre de Recherches Francophones Belges are delighted to host an exhibition on Belgium’s 9th art: la bande dessinée/comic strip.

Les Européens regardent les Européens is a collection of one hundred of comic strips depicting how Europeans perceive Europeans from other countries.

This multilingual exhibition was first launched at the Centre Belge de la Bande Dessinée/Comics Art Museum, in Brussels in 2007 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Rome Treaty which established the legal foundations of the European Union.
