Student 1(林辰): Hi, Lina Yung. We are doing an interview with you for my school newspaper.

溫金翎: You can ask me any questions, and I will answer your questions as much as I

can.

Student 2(徐莉芳): What do you often eat in Taiwan? Do you like Taiwanese food?

溫金翎: I often eat stinky tofu, tofu pudding and drink soybean milk in Taiwan.

I think Taiwanese food isvery delicious.

Student 3 (劉栩沂): In our impressions, we usually think Japanese are all polite. Do you have any special experience in the social ways?

溫金翎: I remember that I just entered the new school in Taiwan. All my classmates are

all kind to me. Although they aren’t polite as a Japanese. They are also very

ardent.

Student 4 (陳沛蓉): I There are many differences between Taiwanese life and Japanese life.

How do you adapt to Taiwanese life?溫金翎: I join many activities and make many friends, and the people I

met would help me.

Student 5 (黃筱薔): Do yo think learning Chinese is difficult?溫金翎: No, I think learning Chinese is much easier than learning

English. Many people in Japan how to read Chinese.

Student 1(林辰): Most people in Taiwan get used to staying up and don’t have enough sleep. How about Japanese people?

溫金翎: People in Japan usually go to bed early and get up early. We think keeping early hours is good for our health.

Student 1(彭柏霖): Hi, Su. Excuse me. We have some questions to ask you for our school newspaper.

Su : Hi! It’s my pleasure. Come! Who will go first?

Student 2(林子群): Can you introduce your town? Is it a big city?

Su: No, my town is in the countryside. It’s small but has lots of beautiful sights.

Student 3 (劉汶袁): Take some for example! I have an interest in them.

Su:

Ok. There is a river called “River SangWu.” The river bank is full of beautiful

flowers, and the water is really cool and clean.

Student 4 (黃振家): Then, are there any different dishes to eat?

Su : Oh! We have a dish called butter chicken. It is so delicious that I can’t live without it.

Student 5 (張浚朋): Wow! It must be really yummy! I want to enjoy some, too!

Su : Maybe you can come and I’ll prepare for you!

Student 1(彭): Ha ha! If you can give us tickets, we will go!

Student 1(何諼): Hi, welcome to our school. Nice to meet you.

佳宜: Nice to meet you too. Wow~ your school is so beautiful! I like it very much.

Student 2(思妤): Ha! Ha! Why do you want to be an International student?

佳宜: I think that is interesting! I can get more information from other counties.

Student 3 (柔澐): Where are you from? You skin looks so white.

佳宜: I come from the USA. It is a big country. You can also visit there. I will be your tour guide .

Student 4 (凱琳): Do you eat fast food there? They are unhealthy for us.

佳宜: Mmm…maybe. I don’t like the food. I usually eat salad. I think eating fast food will make me fat.

Student 5 (伊樂): Wow~ No wonder you look slim! You must do exercise a lot, right?

佳宜: Yes, I ride a bike twice a week and go jogging for thirty minutes every day.

Student 1(林佳萱): Hi, Jasmine. We are Taiwanese students. We want to make some cultural exchange with you. Can you tell us about your hometown, England?

Jasmine Stewart : Nice to meet you. It is my pleasure to have an interview with foreigners.

Student 2(黃惠棱): Which is the most famous place in you hometown?

Jasmine Stewart: Trafalgar Square is a famous place in London. Prince William and Kate just

got

married at the Westminster Abbey.

Student 3 (彭儀婷): How about your local opera? Do you have one to recommend?

Jasmine Stewart :

London is the most famous drama performing place. The drama such as “The

Phantom of the Opera,” “Les Miserable” are masterpieces.

Student 4 (賴玥伶): How is the weather in England?

Jasmine Stewart : Because of the location, the wind, and the North Equatorial Current, we have a lot of rain in a whole year. The weather there is foggy.

Student 5 (張小玲): What kinds of food do you eat in England?

Jasmine Stewart : We often have a fried-egg, bacon or toast for breakfast. Of course, we usually have afternoon tea.

Student 1(林佳萱): In Taiwanese junior high schools, we sometimes have some cooking classes and acting classes. What kinds of interesting classes does your school have?

Jasmine Stewart:The education system of England is strict and well-regulated. Oxford University and Cambridge University are namable. We

have a wide variety of classes just like yours.
