AIESEC Experience
• Engagement with AIESEC
In this phase, you will be introduced to the world of AIESEC and the different programs you can be part off in order to gain an integrated
international leadership experience.
You will learn about WHY, HOW, and WHAT of AIESEC and it will empower you to pick your path/program to kick start your AIESEC XP.
• Experiential Leadership Development
The main programs of the organization are run here. We provide team and international internship experiences. This is the core service
center where you can learn and gain everything from the global leadership network of AIESEC. Its up to you to choose your path and decide
which programs will build your AIESEC experience.
Team Member Program
It is one of the most crucial ways in which you can start on your path towards leadership development. In this phase you will be
introduced to a practical team experience, gain access to a global network and engage in practical hard skills development projects.
Team Leader Program
This experience will culminate in your personal and professional development through the concept of team building and management. You
get to experience directing other members and guiding them in their work, thus becoming a crucial part of their development.
Global Community Development Program
International internships are the most intense learning experience we offer and links together our global network. This program
encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through working abroad for social and community development projects that lead to self
development and skill enhancement for the member undertaking the program
Global Internship Program
This program offers internships that contribute to the professional development of a member and assist them to specialize in a certain field of
work. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and organizations.
• Life-long Connection
A life long connection will ensure positive change throughout an AIESEC members life. In this phase, AIESEC presents each of its alumni a
platform for continuous growth thus enabling them to make a constant positive impact on society. It is how we can measure and still engage our
alumni. Once AIESECer, always AIESECer.

AIESEC members have the opportunity to lead teams in different areas, do planning, take
decisions, speak in public, and turn their ideas into action
AIESEC Difference The key difference between AIESEC graduates and other graduates is their pro-activity,
business skills, and leadership experience that they develop while running AIESEC. All of our
members take part in a professional development cycle, called the AIESEC Experience.
Leadership
Experience AIESEC members get practical experience in all
facets of running an organization, including sales
and marketing, customer servicing, recruitment,
evaluation, budgeting, planning, project
management, and presentation skills
Multi-Functional
Skills
AIESEC members are volunteers that invest
between 8-20 hours a week in the organization
while also managing university, part-time jobs,
family, and friends. They learn how to manage
their time, set priorities, and multi-task.
Effectiveness
AIESEC members are constantly working and
communicating with people from around the world.
AIESEC members learn how to work effectively in
diverse environments and see things from a global
perspective.
Global Diversity
Through providing our members with this intense development
platform, they push themselves to challenge conventional
thinking and their world view; to think outside the box!

AIESEC in Indonesia
AIESEC in Indonesia established in 1984 at Avignon, France.
Since then, AIESEC Indonesia had been a platform for
Indonesian youth to develop their leadership through practical
and unique experiences.
AIESEC Indonesia exists in 8 cities and 17 universities:

AIESEC UNAND established on 27th July 1993 at National
Meeting of AIESEC Indonesia at Gelanggang Remaja
Kuningan, Jakarta. Since then, AIESEC UNAND had been a
platform for Padang youth to develop their leadership through
