Hiring an AIESEC intern creates a global environment in your company. Day to day interac-tion of employees with the intern will give them a global mindset and different cultural and professional perspective.

AIESEC can source talent with management, language or technical skills from specific regions that are not otherwise easily available or affordable. We provide candidates with unique skill sets, leadership qualities, and global mindset that address your hiring needs.

The Global Intership Program allows you to manage season peak times and special proj-ects with high-quality, temporary international talent. Interns can stay for short-or-long-term internships ranging from 8 to 75 weeks with start and end dates that suit your organization’s needs.

The job description and candidate profile is outline and designed in consultation with your organization, and we take care of the rest. AIESEC makes arrangements for visa paperwork and processing, finding accommodation, and culturally integrating the intern into the com-munity.

With an AIESEC intern, you have access to qualified candidates for minimal costs, as our trainees are looking for both personal and professional development. The expenses consist solely of the trainee’s salary and the administration fee paid to AIESEC.

• Establish an international program and time line.• Define a profle for the desired type of student intern.

• Specific requirements are outlined in a contract.• Company needs to specify a well defined Job Description for the interns.

• Candidates apply to the available internship at the host organization through our platform. Our members will shortlist the most suitable candidates.

• All candidates are screened for visa eligibility, background, language and other academic details.

• Host organization interviews the candidates and notifies AIESEC about the selection in 10 days .

• Complete all necessary documentation for visa processing with the help of the company.

• Prearrival preparation by company and AIESEC.• Interns arrival and welcome reception.
