Apache C-22 Casing Spools have a straight borebowl design with 45 landing shoulders. Bottom prep can be standard PE/BG, “OO” bottom (below 5,000 psi applications) or double “P” seal bottom.

C-29 Casing Spools are based on the same designas the C-22 with a larger bowl. Which permits the acceptance of the C-29 Casing Hanger with largerload capacity.

Multibowl Wellhead System

The multi-bowl system allows the support of multiple casing strings therefore reducing installation time. Our multi-bowl well head system is configurable according to your specifications. Apache's multi-bowl system can significantly reduce your operational cost and improve safety at the same time.

Overview

Casing SpoolStraightbore design casing spool incorporates two sets of ET style lockpins. Supplied with two Side-Studded Outlets

Packo� Support BushingPack-off support busing lands on the mandrel hanger and suspend the intermediate casing string.

Casing HangerMulti-bowl system utilizes a fluted mandrel casing hanger to allow cement returns.

Tubing HangerMulit-bowl system uses traditional TCM Tubing Hangers. Tubing hanger lands on the packoff support bushing. Lockdown pins from the upper casing spool locks the tubing hangers in place.

Casing HeadApache Multibowl casing head uses a straight-bore desgin with 45 landing shoulders. Casing heads are supplied with eight lockpins to support the packoff bushing.

Overview

Bottom hole test adapters or Treecaps allow a flexiblemeans of entry into the tubing bore. Apache tree caps are constructed with one piece forging and is designedto use where a integral flanged unit is preferred.

Secondary Seals

Overview

Secondary seals are inserted in the bottom of a casing or tubing spool. It is used to seal around the productioncasing. Apache Pressure Products carries PE and HPE secondary seals.

PE Seals PE seal is inserted in the bottom of a casing or tubing spool and retained with a snap wire. The seal is energized when the spool is installed over the casing stub and the flanged connection is made up.

HPE Seals HPE seal is inserted into a HPE bottom preparationof most 10,000 - 15,000 psi casing or tubing spools.The bottom plate is threaded into the bottom prepand is designed for high pressure applications

Apache C-22 wrap around casing hangers incorporatespack off, slip bowl and slips. Packoff seals the annulusbelow the slips when casing load is applied. The C-22 Hanger’s controlled fricition reduces casing deflection.C-22 casing hangers are easy to install and economical.

Casing Hangers

TC1W Tubing Hanger

TC1W Wrap around hanger is designed toseal off the casing annulus at the same time supporting the tubing string and nipplingup the christmas tree without the BOP.

TC1A Tubing Hanger

TC1A is a threaded tubing hanger. The hangeris energized by the weight of the tubing and tightening the lock screws in the tubing headflange.

TC1A-EN Tubing Hanger

TC1A-EN is an extended neck TC1A hanger with packing rings that confine all of the well pressureand fluids to the tubing bore. TC1A-EN hangerscan be modified to include connections and portsfor the hydraulic ontrol line in the event of hydraulically controlled down-hole safety valve installation.

Apache slab gate valve utilitizes a forged body andbonnect with alloy steel and at the minimum meetsAPI PSL 2 requirements.

Apache slab gate valves comes in variety of trim and product service levels, please consult trim chart or specify well conditions at time of inquiry for the best trim and PSL level for your application. Also available in ball screw or hydraulicoperation at higher pressure ratings.

The Apache expanding gate valve is a bi-directional, with a preferred sealing side valve. For wellhead, production trees, and manifold applications with working pressure rated up to 5,000 psi. Supplied in flanged or threaded connections.

Ring Joint GasketsApache carries a wide selection of Ring Joint Gaskets in low carbon steel or stainless 316.R-Type – Octagonal gaskets designed for flanges up to 5,000 psiRX-Type – Interchangeable with R-type gaskets RX-type gaskets are pressure-energized for improved sealing efficiencyBX-Type – High pressure gaskets for working pressures up to 20,000 psi. Designed with pressure balance hole to equalize potential trapped gases within the grooves.

B7 Stud and nutsB7 bolts are available in either two nuts per stud, tap end or combo styles. Standard B7 are black finish. Special tap end thread configuration, finish or length requirements are available upon request.

Needle ValvesApache offers a full line of needle valves in carbon steel AISI 1040 or Stainless 316. Various body style and seat selection ensures the right valve for your application. Available in 6,000 psi and 10,000 psi.

Oil�eld Ball ValvesCarbon by Stainless threaded ball valves with pressure rating up to 5,000 psi. Available from 1” to 3” in both reduced and full port. All oilfield ball valves are equipment with a grease fitting. Also available in bolted pattern body style.

Consumables

1. PRICING - Products and services provided will be invoiced at the price shown and agreed upon at the time of service, invoice, or, as printed on any and/or all Apache Pressure Products sales/information material including purchase orders, letters, or emails. Printed prices do not include freight or any applicable taxes. Taxes and other fees such as shipping will be quoted and or billed as per order, or as required. 2. TREMS OF PAYMENT – Payment is due upon receipt or as agreed to by contract. Any unpaid past due balance will accrue interest and penalties at the rate of 12% APR, or the max allowed by state law, for the period that the past due balance remains unpaid, and shall not be less than twenty dollars ($20.00). Further customers agree to pay all attorney and/or collection fees and waives notice of such should subsequent litigation become required to e�ect collection or to assert our interest for unpaid balances.

3. QUOTATIONS - All quotations and sales are F.O.B. our plant in Manvel, Texas. Net prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Prices in e�ect at the time of receipt of order whether higher or lower, will prevail. All sales tax, use tax, or other excise taxes which may be required by law to be paid in connection with any sale will be added to the gross sales price.

4. DELIVERY/FREIGHT - All shipments are F.O.B. Manvel, Texas unless otherwise stated. All promises of shipments are as closely estimated as possible. We will make every e�ort to ship within the time promised, but do not guarantee to do so, or assume further or implied liability with respect to delivery dates or timelines. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery to any common carrier or other agent furnished or speci�ed by the customer and we do not, unless previously instructed, insure shipments beyond the point of delivery to such carriers. Full freight allowance will be covered on individual orders of $3000.00-$5000.00 based upon the state to which the shipment will be delivered to. The Freight carrier will be chosen by the seller unless otherwise instructed or agreed upon in advance by both parties. Individual orders that do not meet the required amount will not receive freight allowance.

5. SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES IN TRANSIT - All claims for shortages or damaged products must be made within �ve days after receipt of shipment. All lost or damaged materials in transit become the responsibility.

6. WARRANTY - This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or �tness for any use or purpose. All of Apache Pressure Products INC. products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, and if found to be defective within that period the product will be replaced at no charge to the customer. However, the product being returned must have been used in accordance with the intended or published purpose, and approved installation and operating practices. There must be a properly �lled out return authorization (RA) before credit or replacement will be o�ered.

7. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - Cancellations or instructions to change work or delivery must be submitted in writing to the seller. If any order is canceled the buyer will be responsible for the payment of work already performed and any material already in use.
