LIQUOR SPONSORSHIP INFOPlease Note: The Helen Mills Event Space does charge a Corkage Fee, the Fee is $3,000.This Corkage Fee Covers; a 3-hour Cocktail Event with 2-Bar Tenders, 2-Waiters, 1-2 Security Guards, Glassware and a selected variety of Mixer Items. Please also keep in mind, if you are willing to share the cost with any brand other than your brand type that is also an option as well so the cost can be divided equally.

Once you have decided which Tier Level of sponsorship you are willing to accept please email us as soon as possible for your Contractual Agreement. All forms must be completely filled out along with a 50% required deposit at submission.

Your final payment is due on Monday, January 6, 2014. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled, after which the refund will be granted within 60-120 days depending on the reason of the cancelation.
