The South Bend Silver Hawks offer the most tremendous setting in St. Joe County for businesses, church groups, little leagues, scout packs, schools, friends, family, and more for a group event. We have seventy home games for you to choose from and we make every group and every fan feel special. Spending a beautiful spring or summer evening together socializing, eating great food, laughing, and having fun at the ball park is a great way to build community, and our price options can f it any budget.

Group Ordering ProceduresORDER: Call a Silver Hawks Group Par tnership Executive to pick a game date that

works best for you and your group and determine the number of tickets that you will need. A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of order. The tickets will be held for you.

PROMOTE: Get your group excited about coming to a Silver Hawks baseball game and let us help you promote it. We can provide optional customized promotional materials to make it easy on you.

PURCHASE: Full payment is due one week prior to your event. If we do not receive payment by the deadline, your tickets will be released and you will not be guaranteed seating for that game.

If you want an affordable way to enjoy a game together with your large group, yet spoil them at the same time, this is the option for you. Whether it is for 20 friends and family members or 5,000 of your clients or employees, you cannot go wrong with a Silver Hawks group package.

You will receive many great perks with a Group Outings package:

• Seats together. Preferred seating in either the box or bleacher sections, it is your call. You’ll also get the discounted group ticket prices and save $100 per person. Subject to availability.

• No lines. No waiting in ticket lines, you will already have your tickets. Ask about setting up a distribution table for your group, if needed.

• Group leader gift. As the group leader, you will receive a special gift from the Silver Hawks.

• Group leader packet. Includes everything you will need to know about your group outing, including optional promotional items and invitations.

• Your name in lights. Your group’s name will appear on the scoreboard and you will be welcomed over the PA system.

• Group benef its. 10% off at the Hawks Team Store and a group sweepstakes entry form per ticket purchased.

• Option to add extras. Silver Dollars (which can be used like cash anywhere throughout the ballpark), parking passes, discounted souvenirs, food vouchers, and more.

• Free youth tickets. Children ages 5 and under receive a free ticket.

• Use your unused tickets on select Wednesdays. Exchange any unused tickets for the same seating level or below. Subject to availability.

This is the perfect venue for your game-day picnic. Enjoy great food and take in the sights and sounds of the game with your group in the Budweiser Bullpen, located down the right f ield line. If you bring a group of 300 or more, receive exclusive use of the picnic area.

Located just beyond the wall in right f ield, the Coors Light Cold Zone offers a great view of the action and an all-you-can-eat buffet. With plenty of room for your group to socialize, this open-air deck is yours for the entirety of the game, offering unparalleled privacy. Your group of 50 or more will receive exclusive use.

The Upper Deck offers great amenities and a one-of-a-kind, best-seat-in-the-house view from behind home plate.
