Douglas County Staff Role • LEADERSHIP: Identify and improve upon policies and procedures to achieve priority

project objectives

• PARTNERSHIP: Develops Public/Private Partnerships

• FACILITATOR: Works proactively in collaboration with other community and economic development entities to achieve the County’s economic vitality goals

• COMMUNICATION: Coordinates priority project interactions within County

• LEVERAGED RESOURCES: Identifies grant funds and seeks opportunities to leverage other resources
