    ! NOTE: The allowable expenditure limit includes

    the donations that a candidate will receive during

    the campaign period.

    LAWFUL ELECTION PROPAGANDA

    !  POSTERS = maximum size of two feet by three feet (2’ x 3’)

    !  STICKERS, LEAFLETS, CARDS, PAMPHLETS = maximumsize of eight and one-half inches in width and fourteen inchesin length (8 !” x 14”)

    STREAMERS = three feet by eight feet (3’ x 8’) which can bedisplayed five (5) days before a public meeting or rally butmust be removed within twenty four (24) hours after.

    !  HEADQUARTERS = streamers may be displayed but not toexceed three feet by eight feet (3’ x 8’)

    NOTE: In all materials, the phrase “this material should berecycled”  should be indicated in printed campaign materials.

    ! Posting of Materials OUTSIDE commonposter areas

    ! In PRIVATE PLACES must be with consent

    the life or biography of any candidate

    REMINDERS:

    !  ALL PRINTED campaign materials must indicate person whopaid for it including address.

    !  Notice of who paid must be in font size 12;

    Must be in printed box set apart from the other contents; and!  Printed in reasonable contrast in color from the background and

    statement.

    !  ALL TELEVISION ADS:

    !  Notice must appear in letters equal to or greater than four (4)

    percent;!  Must be visible during the broadcast; and

    !  Must appear in reasonable contrast in color from the background.

    REMINDERS:

    !  TV AIR TIME = Not more than sixty (60) minutes per station

    candidates must submit to the Election Officer the specificlocation and address

    RALLIES, MEETING AND OTHER

    POLITICAL ACTIVITIES

    !  NOTICE = must be submitted to the Election Officer at least

    three (3) working days before the scheduled rally or meeting

    !  EXPENSES = must be submitted within seven (7) workingdays to the Election Officer

     APPLICATIONS OR PERMITS = filed with the authorizedmunicipal/city official

    !  PROHIBITED ACTS = give or accept transportation, food

    and drinks or anything of value within five (5) hours before

    and after

    !  No Campaigning

    !  Liquor Ban

    !  Bearing of Firearms

    !  Giving or Accepting FREE transportation, food or drinks or

    anything of value

    !  Solicitation of Votes

    !  Do not open booths, stalls for the sale of merchandise or

    refreshments within a thirty (30) meter radius from the polling

    place

    !  No Fairs, Cockfights, boxing, horse races or any similar

    sports
