Doppler Guitars was started as a result of desire to build our own unique and custom electric guitars. We felt the need for a space to create, experiment, customize, repair and maintain electric guitars. It brought together Girish Prabhu (guitarist and musician) and Thomas Abraham (luthier, designer, craftsman) under a common roof to relook at music from the side of the instrument itself.

So began the journey of pooling in both our expertise, the love of music, passion and the grasp of materials and craftsmanship that was involved in building such an instrument. Our ideas finally found cohesion in the formation of Doppler Guitars

We aim at making quality guitars by keeping our production and numbers limited so that each guitar is given utmost priority. Hence, quality is not compromised.

We provide a variety of finishes: solid color paint finish, stained finish, graphics on body, gloss or matt finish. Hence, the customer has a wide range to choose from.

We bring variety in our models in terms of hardware as well.

We use genuine imported hardware parts (like tuners, pickups, bridges, electronics) for high end guitars. Hence the customer can be assured of the sound and quality.
