Pavilions, Stages, PergolasVikingDome design and manufacture a geodesic geometry multi-purpose, fast assembly,temporary and permanent building constructions, structures.Installation does not take much time, so you can quickly assemble and disassemble various sizeand complexity of the structures.Several domes can be interconnected to create a spectacular modular complex. Each structurecan be used as a pavilion, or as Estrada by dismantling part of the pavilion. Frame elementswithout covers can be used as a decorative sculpture, or pergola can decorate parks, squares,homesteads.Wide choice of sizes, designs, colours and functions. Available sizes – up to 40 meters indiameter. Floor area up to 2000 m2. By request the dome frame can be covered with standardroof coverings (bitumen, tin, multi-layer, tilt).

TUBE CONNECTORS SYSTEMDifferent lengths of metal parts are connected with screws, ensuring strong andseismically stable aerodynamic construction.Construction frame are made from various types of pipes: stainless or galvanized

steel, aluminium. Frame painting posibility with wide choice of desired colours.

The temporary structure can be installed on all types of surfaces: asphalt, woodenterraces and elsewhere. It can be attached to the ground or surface with a help ofanchors or weights.Permanent structure is attached to a concrete foundation or other solid surface.

STAR connectors designed for DIY build the dome-shaped structures.

STAR connectors are accurately cut from the steel sheet with laser.The choice of material:• Stainless steel AISI304, unpolished, matte;• Painted steel RAL powder coating ;• Galvanized steel Zn, Hot-dip galvanization 50 mkr;• Galvanized Zn and RAL painted steel .

Transparent pavilions, greenhouses or window coverings are made fromunreinforced or reinforced transparent PVC tilt with coloured decorativeelements. Transparent PVC tilt is hardly flammable and has long life, spends UVand solar radiarion required for plant photosynthesis. Easily cleaned with regulardetergents, waterproof. Can be used during winter season.All tilt products are seam solder with high frequency equipment, can be weldedor sewn.


THERMAL INSULATION AND HEATING

Using pavilion in the cold winter or hot summer, werecommend additional insulation – thermo multilayer film.Thermo material is thin, lightweight, fire resistant, easy toinstall, does not reduce the space inside the pavilion. Easy tostore, easy to apply and can be mounted on the frame at thetop of the roof structure or inside. High coefficient ofinsulation. Correctly assembled construction with AluthermoQuattro insulation thermal resistance (R) is 5.7 K/W m2.Waterproof and protected from condensate. Warm andhumid indoor air are not in contact with the cold outside air fortwo separated layers of air bubbles witch are not in contactwith each other.

For pavilion heating can be used convectional or IR heating system

For frequent use in winter we recomend to use double tilt, to provide an additional heat resistance.

EntrancesAdditionally we can install an elegant

O-door entrance, witch fits perfectlyinto the light construction building ‘sgeometry. Cover is made from long lifeand strong architectural PVC tilt. Widerange of desired colours and materialsallows us to change the designaccording to everyone’s wishes.

Promotional bannersThere is possibility to use easily

replaceable promotional PVC bannerswith photo print or stickers that can beattached outside or inside of pavilion.

WindowsWindows are made from high quality

transparent PVC tilt, simply opened or unhooked. Can be with a mosquito net or without it.
