Notify your team when going out of town

and who is “Acting” Keep copy of emergency information with you Have phone trees current and available Keep phone cards with you Have pager/cell phone with you and “On”

Other Considerations

• Determine which employees have already been called up for military service and who might be in the future.

• Traveling employees– Know where they are– should be able to “phone home” for help anytime

• Communicate with their neighbors• Account for everyone• Test the Call Tree• Update employee, customer, and vendor contact information • Review supply chain routes• Back Up Daily – Ensure that all critical information is backed-up daily
