Do you know how to burn your calories?

Our body needs energy to function. However, careful not to make it too much because it

stores the excess. The best way to balance the scales is to physically spend excess calories.

But what kind of physical activity can be done, and for how long, to eliminate e.g. 2 squares

of chocolate, a piece of cheese or a slice of pizza?

Here are some pointers to help you burn your calories.

2 squares of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

: They spent just sitting in the office for an hour.

1 slice of bread

: It will be spent down a subway station before your final destination, or the equivalent of

10 minutes of walking at a moderate pace (3 km / h).

2 slices ham

: Go down the stairs several times, about 10 minutes.

1 serving Emmental (40 g)

: Climb the stairs several times, about 10 minutes.

1 soda (250 ml)

: Sweep for about 60 minutes.

1 avocado:

Vacuum for 1 hour.

1 Hard Egg:

1 hour yoga.

Chips (45 g)

1 hour global household.

1 croissant

1 hour gentle gym.

1 chicken breast (200 g)

1 hour of brisk walking (5 km / h).

1 tart fruit:

Gardening for about an hour.

A cheese pizza (180g)

1 hour of swimming.

Peanuts (2 handles)

1 hour modern jazz dance.

1 plate of pasta carbonara (250 g)

1 hour of skating around.

1 plate of mozzarella tomato (unseasoned)

1 hour of downhill skiing.

1 double cheeseburger:

About 1 hour beach volleyball.

1 serving of fries (200 g)

1 hour of tennis.

1 duck breast (350 g)

: 1 hour of cycling (22 to 25 km / h).

1 Quiche Lorraine (200 g)

1 hour jogging (9 km / h).

Hopefully this make everything is clear. Now monitor what you eat and you will know what

are required from you to burn the gained calories
