Systolic Blood Pressure Deception Test is not admissible.

1975 - United States v. Oliver

Polygraph results are allowed as evidence.

1980 - United States v. Roberts

Polygraph results were left out of a trial. Supreme court said, you can’t do that. Polygraphs are okay.

1993 - Daubert vs. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals

The judge can now decide whether polygraph evidence is admitted in a trial.

1998 - United States vs. Sheffer

Individual state and local courts have the freedom to decide on their own if they want to consider admitting polygraph evidence.
