How to use this template As you write your weekly ‘to do’ list, categorise each task by Importance and Urgency to prioritise your efforts for the week. Here’s how to deal with each category. If it’s not urgent, and it’s not important, why are you doing it? Sometimes tasks will be urgent/important in the future, but aren’t urgent/important right now. In that case, flip over your page, and write on the back of the page any items for your parking lot. You can transfer these over to the front page next week once they’re a higher priority.
