Edition 2 กอนอะ เนื่องดวยวันนี้เราตองเดินทางไปภูกระดึงซะแลวอะ แตเราไมอยากทิ้งใหเพื่อนเหงาปาก สมองวางหรอกนะ หลังจากที่ทองในนี้

**ขอแนะนําวิธีการใชยาเหน็บทวารหนัก 1.ลางมือใหสะอาด 2.ถายาเหน็บนิ่มใหแชยาในตูเย็นกอน หรืออาจแชในน้ําเย็นก็ได เพื่อใหยาแข็งตัวจะไดสอดไดงายขึ้น 3.แกะเม็ดยาออกจากกระดาษหอ 4.นอนตะแคง โดนใหขาลางเหยียดตรง และงอขาบนขึ้นจนหัวเขาจรดกับหนาอก 5.สอดยาเหน็บเขาไปในทวารหนัก เอาดานที่มีปลายแหลมกวาเขาไปกอนโดยใชนิ้วดันยาเขาไปอยางชาๆและเบาๆ พยายามสอดใหลึกที่สุดเพื่อไมใหแทงยาหลุดออกมา 6.นอนในทาเดิมสักครู(ประมาณ15นาที) ถาเปนการเหน็บยาระบายควรนอนในทาเดิมไมต่ํากวา 15-20 นาที จึงลุกไปถายอุจจาระ แมวาจะมีความรูสึกอยากถายก็ตองกลั้นอุจจาระไวกอน หากลุกไปถายทันที จะทําใหยา
