TIP: To ensure no personal informa8on from your phone is shared, slide the loca8on services to OFF. This will disable all GPS services from some Apps you reference loca8on informa8on from, such as Maps, Weather or AARP Member Advantages.

Landscape mode is held horizontally. TIP: Three or more subjects use landscape mode. TIP: Always shoot more foreground than sky to ensure your subject doesn’t appear too small.

• Try not to center your subject or focal point in the center of the camera frame.
• Posi8on your focal point 1/3 to the lej, right, up or down.
• Use your iPhone’s grid op8on to place your focal point on an intersec8on point.

• Create interest by having lines come toward you and go away from your subject.

Red Eye & Ligh8ng
• How does Red Eye occur? – The illumina8on of the inside of one’s eye ball created by the flash being in parallel with the subject.
• TIP: Prevent red eye by turning ambient light up in the room while the subject looks slightly away from the iPhone’s camera and take the picture without a flash.
• TIP: Always keep sunlight behind your shoulder; otherwise subjects’ faces come out backlit.
• TIP: Night pictures -‐ keep arms and elbows close to your chest; use your body as a tripod, take a deep breath and on the exhale take your picture.

ShuQer buQon is the tool for a single picture or mul7ple pictures on-‐the go.

Burst Mode: Hold the ShuYer buYon down to capture mul8ple shots per second in quick succession. Approximately 3 to 12 images per seconds. Beware! Six seconds pressing the ShuYer BuYon can capture up to 67 pictures. TIP – Best used for fast-‐moving subjects, spor8ng events and grandkids on the move!

TIP: Zoom feature may appear slightly fuzzy.
