• Huntington has an unusual Display URL – not a best practice.

• Potential customer entered directly into email nurturing campaign with strong incentive offer.

• Love the focus on “growth potential” – that speaks to the entrepreneur.

• However, this page has no remarketing code – this is a lost opportunity for Huntington.

Problem with KeyBank Offerings

• In terms of the Monthly Fees, the Comparison page doesn’t clearly match the actual offerings. This is a big problem as it threatens the company’s credibility and trust-worthiness.

• There are stipulations around waiving the monthly fee, so I recommend adjusting these pages so it’s clearer to the user and more transparent about fees.

• The Bad:– No ability to apply online!

• The Ugly– Not an attractive page. – No outreach to Humanistic
