To setup the accurate and updated records of land.

To make a database containing spatially referenced data of land.

To use GIS & RS techniques to digitize the new land record management system.

To provide accurate easy and affordable access of land record information to public .

OBJECTIVES

LRMS is a globally adopted system Developed and developing countries have

launched LRMS to enhance better techniques. In Pakistan it has been started since 2012 In three districts; Lahore, Hafizabad & Lohdran. In KP govt. initialized this on 28th March 2015 at

district level in Mardan. KP Govt. proposed the aim to launch this at

provincial level in 2017.

INTRODUCTION

Study area comprises on the 2 moazas of patwar circle Kuthiala.

Pertains 15000 people with the population density of 150 person/km².

Less economic activities due to traditional means of transport.

Literacy rate is 55%. Moderate weather.

It has great significance for the govt. sectors as well as general public

BOR, FBR &election commission Of Pakistan for local body elections.

General public can have easy and affordable information trough this study.

SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY

Reviewed about 6-8 articles and publications but different authors.

65% was out of Pakistan. Three studies was of Pakistan given below; Digitization of Land record by UN Habitat

Land Record Management system by Urban Unit of Punjab.

using ArcGIS 10.2.1 Digitize a shape file of study area. Add details of parcels in attribute table as given

Make a database using MySQL. Link the map and database and uplink on a

website.

People will significantly take advantage of this study.

Free information can benefit the people at their home.

Friendly results for Government sectors such as: BOR, Election Commission & FBR.
