What are the key features across the

Digipacks? • All of the Digipacks have a lot of similarities. All

of the Digipacks have a concepts art on the front of the pack . This is something that we must

replicate when we create our Digipack. Other similarities that I have found when

deconstructing these albums are that they all have pictures of the band inside of the Digipack.

How is the genre expressed ?

• The genre is often expressed on the Digipack. All of the album artworks are concept artworks.

This is a key similarity of the alternative genre. This means that the genre is being expressed

through the Digipacks artwork. This is shown by all Digipacks . This is something that I must

replicate in my digipack.

How Is the attitude/reputation of the

artist expressed? • The attitude and reputation of the artist is

expressed in the album. Artist can express anything that they want to on their albums. The

Nevermind album cover express the bands attitude towards youth and society. Other

attitude and reputations that are expressed in the albums are the bands attitude towards drugs.

These means that most of the bands have a deeper meaning to the album artwork rather

than then just looking good

How is the artist represented?

• The artists are all expressed in different through the Digipacks. They all have different key

features so that people can see the difference between them. All of the artist have been

represented in different ways but they all have characteristics of the genre. If all of the bands

are the same then people will not be able to tell the difference.
