In the Dialysis card is a microprocessor (usually referred to as ‘ smart card ’) the memory of which can be written for updates. The card is made of hard plastic, the size of a credit card and capable of containing up to eight pages of information (size 21x29,7 cm).The card is used and distributed for patient under dialysis and after transplantation.
