(B) Economic Viability - this would briefly include
Unit Cost - The average unit cost of dairy animals is lower than profits.
Input cost for feeds and fodders, veterinary aid, breeding of animals, insurance, labour and other overheads can be recovered easily.
Income-expenditure statement and annual gross surplus. Cash flow analysis, P&L a/c, Balance sheet shall be made by
professionals. Repayment schedule (i.e. repayment of principal loan
amount and interest) would be respected. 28 Lakh rupees shall be kept as reserve for emergency

Milk is an essential commodity hence has to be consumed on a daily basis by every human being.
India is the largest producer of milk producing more than 100 million tons of milk per annum. Yet, her per capita milk consumption is around 250 g per day.

Local Dairy Products Producers General Public in JBP & nearby places like JBP,

Invest 82 Lakhs for setting up the Farm. Invest the rest 28 Lakhs in Sweep in FDR of
HDFC Bank for 3 Years @ 9.00 % Interest. Production should reach the target of 3000
Litres / day All Milk produced should be supplied to
Sanchi or Local Dairy Product Producers or the Retailers.
Supply the milk to Kwality Walls Ice Cream Plant or Army Training Center.
